- Auto Low Light – this is a function that intelligently adjusts the frame rate to improve shooting in low light conditions. It is available on all the latest GoPro models.
- QuikCapture – is a function that allows you to start recording videos with the push of a button. It is available on all the latest GoPro models.
- Scheduled capture – the more advanced models have the scheduled capture function that allows you to set the time to take pictures and start recording a video (with the possibility of setting the duration as well), up to 24 hours in advance.
Battery
GoPro’s can be equipped with removable or non-removable batteries with varying wattages. The battery power is calculated in milliampere hours (mAh) , so the more mAh there are, the greater the theoretical maximum autonomy of the battery. Whether or not to remove the battery affects your ability to carry a spare battery with you to extend the “life” of the camera.
